Crepes+Booze

Yes, there is a God. A former classmate of mine from the University of Iowa sent me an epicurious.com recipe that hearkens to the Julia Child/Jacques Pepin recipe recently featured on this blog. This time, the crepe gateau includes Grand Marnier to resemble the infamous Crepe Suzette. And sorry Julia, but alcohol and sweets (think: rhum cake) beats out fruit preserves any day.
