I think I may have located a few griddles, and much to the help of "family" on the West Coast, it may be easier to get it here than planned. I am really really grateful to all those who have offered their help, including a Des Moines art professor who may have a student interested in doing some pro-bono design work for the cart. Now, if only all things were this easy...
Maybe I should see what other advertisements for needs of mine I can put on this blog? New haircut, job in Chicago, affordable and fabulous apartment on Michigan Ave in September. Anyone? Anyone? Ok, I'm just getting greedy. But seriously, the Northwestern graduate degree comes a pretty cost, and I could really use that job...I don't think crepes are gonna "cut it" when it comes to the NU bill.
I haven't made crepes in almost a week! Perhaps I will tonight.
